| Advanced professional training organized by Komatsu Asia & Pacific PTE LTD |

Subsequent to the recently held Machine Sales Training in July, Komatsu Asia & Pacific Pte., Ltd is planning an advanced – professional training to KVN Parts Sales & Service Staff. Details of the training program are as follows;
- Provider of the training course: Mercuri International Consultancy Company.
- Name of the program: PSSR (Product Support Sales Representative).
- Target participants: Parts Sales and Service Staffs.
- Languages to be used: Vietnamese or English.
- Implementation process: An interview with parts sales staff and customers will take place in the beginning of September, 2008, in order to find out the customer’s needs and expectations thus, we will determine the gaps and accordingly design an optimum training module.
From the interview, the course will be divided into 2 stages:
+ Stage 1: From October 6th to 7th, 2008
+ Stage 2: From December 8th to 9th, 2008
- Target participants: 20- 24 staff.
- Purposes: The course will advance the professional skills as well as co-ordination of the parts sales and service staff in order to promote sales turnover in future.
- Signification: To provide the parts sales and service staff with marketing knowledge.
Hoping that, after the course, Komatsu Vietnam parts sales and service staff can co-ordinate even more efficiently, thus enhance the quality of our customer service. |
