| Opening ceremony of Quang Ninh Branch of Komatsu Vietnam JSC – a subsidiary company of the T&C Group |

| On Friday morning, 21st Dec 2007 the Quang Ninh Branch (formerly Quang Ninh Office) of Komatsu Vietnam JSC, a member of the T&C Group was opened in Cam Thanh, Cam Pha Town, Quang Ninh Province. Attending the ceremony were more than 100 guests from organizations and companies in the region and journalists.

The opening speech was delivered by Mr. Vu Thanh Ha, General Director. The grand opening ribbon was cut by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Chairman of the Management Board and Mr. Vu Thanh Ha and the Branch was officially inaugurated.
At the opening ceremony, the guests had a chance to visit the parts store of the company and they were also introduced to the products, services and the branch's operations for the future.
Komatsu Vietnam JSC has branches all over the country. The opening of Quang Ninh Branch confirms its continuous development. After this event, the company's operations in the North-East of Vietnam will be faster and efficient to better able to satisfy the demands of clients in this vast market.
